I know, I know, I finally popped my Horses cherry.

This spot is nearly impossible to get into, but wow. First off, the horse motif is very prominent (even the butter is in the shape of a horse). Second, make sure you're sitting inside because you're going to want to order the secret pasta that's off the menu, and it's only available for those dining in the "stable-like" interior.

Leave room for the chocolate tart with milk sorbet.

Meyers Manx Cafe

Miracle Mile

This is the breakfast burrito that everyone's talking about...and it's in the Petersen Automotive Museum.

The new Meyers Manx Cafe has this retro, beachy vibe inside that's perfect for brunch. The crispy potatoes in the breakfast burrito with that side of mango habanero salsa will guarantee you a good start to your weekend.

Open Market

Koreatown

You know I'm a sucker for a boutique market.

And that's just what Open Market is: your new neighborhood corner store in Koreatown. They have a natural wine bottle shop, tinned fish (duh), and home goods. They even have their own wine club.

Oh, and their sandwiches and craft lattes are fire. Get the Normandie.
