Mads here! Summer is (kind of) here? Regardless of this ~meh~ weather, we put together The Ultimate LA Summer 2024 Bucket List. Some highlights include: eat a Dodger dog, do a sunrise ocean dip with Swim & Social, finally join Venice Run Club, and see a movie at The Hollywood Forever Cemetery. What would you add to this list?!

This week was fun though. Let’s run it back:

• 🍸 You guys are always asking me where to meet eligible men. I finally have the perfect answer for you: BALTAIRE. Hang by the lounge. Trust me.

• 🍷 Finally visited Justine’s Wine Bar in Frogtown!! I sat there with a glass of natty orange & fries and read my book. The cutest solo date.

• 🍹 Ghia & Kin Euphorics are now in Target! They invited me to their launch party, which was dreamy AF (see below).

• 🍵 Kinn Studio & Suá Superette made a custom matcha (with edible 24-karat gold flakes!) that’s available until the end of July. Stop by the next time you’re on Larchmont.

• 🌊 We hosted a beach cleanup with our friends at OSEA and Surfrider Foundation LA. Together, we picked up 60 pounds of trash (omfg) and enjoyed OSEA products & their smoothie collab with SunLife Organics.

• 🚗 Took an Alto to see ODESZA with our friends at Live Nation! Use code CAMBER for $10 off your first 2 Alto rides.

• 🍽️ We ate GOOD at EEEEEATSCON this weekend. Some highlights: Bridgetown Roti x Shake Shack (please put this on the permanent menu!), Tacos Los Cholos, Wake & Late’s rip & dip bagels, Jilli’s chicken bao buns, Mini Kabob, Brent’s Deli pastrami, and more.

• Thai Town, Thursday 6/13 🍕 Boy Blue is popping up at Tabula Rasa for a pizza night on Thursday! Enjoy a glass of wine (or three) and get saucy.

• Virgil Village, Thursday 6/13 🥢 One of my favorite restaurants in LA, Budonoki, is doing happy hour all night long on Thursdays in June. Cheers!

• Santa Monica, Thursday 6/13 🍷 Mievè is popping up at Offhand Wine Bar to serve pizza by the slice and natty wine.

• Secret Location, Friday 6/14 👩‍🍳 Everyone’s favorite cook, Chloe Walsh, has started a new rustic French supper club called Cafe June. Her first one is on Friday at a secret location, and you can DM her to purchase your ticket!

• Costa Mesa, Friday 6/14 🍷 Take a field trip to visit Mas Vino Please as she pours wines at Semi Tropic on Friday.

• Culver City, Friday 6/14 🎵 Another summer kickoff! Ivy Station is doing just that with their night market on Friday. Local vendors! Drinks! Food trucks!

• Silver Lake, Saturday 6/15 🪩 The Bar Frances Pop Up Shop is a dope place for dope people, where you can eat, drink, and listen. They’re putting on a dinner & disco night on Saturday!

• DTLA, Saturday 6/15 🧺 It’s a Queer Cookout! Cuties LA is putting on this cute daytime vibe on Saturday.

• Culver City, Saturday 6/15 🥯 Happy Fathers Day! Playdate & Pop’s Bagels are putting on a kids-friendly bagel making workshop for dads and their little ones.

• Bedroom6, Atwater Village 🍸 A new absinthe tasting room (speakeasy energy) and community space located in Atwater Village that recently opened!

• Two Kids, Pasadena ☕️ Finally visited this oh-so-chic coffee shop in Pasadena. Staff is friendly, coffee is strong, and you can shop for ceramics and coffee table books while you wait.

• Genghis Cohen, West Hollywood 🥡 Went here for dinner for the first time in years. One of the only places where you can eat a pile of Chinese food while also catching a comedy show or live music in their side room. Perfect for a large group birthday dinner!

• LANG, Chinatown 🛍️ This is a new retail concept that pays homage to Asian creators in Chinatown. On Saturday 6/15, they’re celebrating their first Pride AND the opening of their store. Get first dibs on their exclusive LANG Pride T-shirts and drinks by Steep!

• Hi. Dozo , Delivery Only 🍣 A new delivery-only sushi. Friend of Camber, Kate, called it “high quality picnic perfect sushi.” Good to bring to a Hollywood Bowl show this summer.

• Boulevard, Venice ☕️ New neighborhood coffee shop off the main drag of Abbot Kinney. Looks chic!

• Domenica Dinette, Highland Park 🍽️ The Arroyo Club in HLP will now be serving Greek-Italian cuisine every Monday & Tuesday starting on 6/17.
