• 🍝 Pasta Grannies!!! My fave Courtney Storer (of Jon & Vinny's fame) along with Chris Bianco (of Pizzeria Bianco fame) will be on a panel at Now Serving at ROW DTLA on Thursday 11/9.

• 🍕 Speaking of Jon & Vinny's, they just opened their fourth location! Oh, and it has the first ever Helen's Wine Bar. Cheers to natty wine in Beverly Hills.

• 🍸 One thing about me is that I love a holiday-themed drink. You can catch some specials at Capri Club (hot toddy anyone?) or grab yourself a "harvest latte" from Kumquat Coffee.

• 🛍️ So, you already know I'm obsessed with the Santa Ynez Valley, so I geeked out when I heard that the Santa Ynez General Store was popping up at Platform. Perfect for holiday shopping, and it's open through December.

• 😆 Every Thursday, improv group The Groundlings puts on a show called Cookin' with GAS. Grab a drink at the Village Idiot beforehand and then giggle at the show.

• 🥬 Okay listen to this collab: Damian and Flamingo Estate. From 11/9 to 11/13, you can enjoy special dishes that feature produce from the estate.

• 🦈 Aaaaand, Great White is opening another location on Melrose on Friday 11/11! And it's pretty in pink. Oh, and the natty wine list is by Tabula Rasa vet Andy Miller, so...

Be Bright has the makings of a great cafe: ample seating, inventive drinks, and trinkets to shop from. I got the hojicha latte and read for a bit here the other day. Save for after you go to the Melrose Trading Post on Sundays!
