🍁 Thanksgiving in LA

11/26 - 12/2: Camber holiday cocktail, friendsgiving beach cleanup, & a meetup for moms

👋 OH HEY 👋

Mads here! This past weekend, we hosted our first ever “Friends of Camber” weekend in Palm Springs. We planned a getaway to Palm Springs for our friends and early supporters, using Camber to draft up an itinerary of our recommended spots and our friends’ favorite activities. It was a weekend of poolside drinks & rummikub, eating and drinking our way through the desert, and playing pickleball in the sun 🌵🍷

Oh, and we teased our new MERCH!!! You’ll be the first to know when it drops 🤭

Feel free to steal our itinerary the next time you’re in the desert:

  • Drift Hotel ☀️ If you’re going to Palm Springs with a big group, the Drift is a MUST. They have these 4 bedroom suites, so each person can have privacy in their own bedroom, but then everyone can hang out in the shared living space and kitchen. Hang by the pool all day, eat at their A+ restaurant (more on that below), and enjoy their cozy, yet sleek rooms.

  • Las Palmas 🍷 The only bar in PS serving natural wine! They have a cute patio outside that typically has food pop-ups. We did a whole natural wine tasting there for our guests. The staff is beyond friendly!

  • The Heyday 🍔 This place has a burger & martini special for only $19.75?! We ordered smash burgers galore in this charming space. Perfect for a casual group dinner.

  • Pickleball with LVBL 🏓 Our friends at LVBL put together a whole private pickleball session for us at the Mission Hills Country Club. They run a ton of tennis / pickleball events in LA, so be sure to check them out!

  • Maleza 🍽️ This is the A+ restaurant at the Drift Hotel. We had their breakfast burritos delivered to our room for breakfast, ordered tacos poolside, and devoured an entire feast for dinner on Saturday. Order the grilled mushrooms, sweet potato, whole branzino, and churros.

  • Private Wicked screening at Mary Pickford is D'Place 🍿 We rented out an entire theater at the luxurious Mary Pickford is D'Place to watch Wicked together!! So grateful we had the whole theater because we were singing at the top of our lungs.

  • Townie Bagels 🥯 The bagels you’ll need for a hungover Sunday morning.
