Mads here! Thank you to everyone who came out to play beach tennis with us this past weekend. We were decked out in our favorite swimwear line, Zonarch, while having some leisure time at the beach. Shoutout to OLA Beach Tennis for teaching us how to play and congrats to the winners of our tournament. Truly the best Sunday 🎾

• DTLA, all August 🖼️ The art gallery Fig & Oak has a new exhibit called Elements of Renewal happening through August. This is my kind of exhibit.

• Los Feliz, all week 🦪 Little Dom's has teamed up with Mister Parmesan to make this oysters hat for National Oyster Day. I’m obsessed.

• Malibu, all August 🌊 Daily Drills has their own spritz and a limited-edition sweatshirt at Malibu Farm for the rest of August. Treat yourself to a day out on the pier.

• Echo Park, Tuesday 8/8 through Thursday 8/10 🐟 Colibri is popping up at The Lonely Oyster for only 3 nights this week. There will be fresh handrolls and sea bream prepared using traditional Peruvian Nikkei techniques. Get your res ASAP.

• Santa Monica, Wednesday 8/9 🍕 La Morra’s last stop on their Tomato Pie Tour is Esters Wine Bar on Wednesday. If I wasn’t seeing Taylor Swift that night, then this is where I’d be.

• Los Feliz, Wednesday 8/9 🤣 This comedy show is right up my alley because it’s called Skin Contact and it’s at Bar Covell.

• Mid-City, Thursday 8/10 💋 Want to learn more about conscious dating? Then, this workshop is for you. It’s going to get juicy.

• Silver Lake, Thursday 8/10 🍹 Bar Nuda provides a “sin-alcohol” experience on Thursdays. Functional cocktails and bar bites!

• Culver City, Thursday 8/10 🍷 My favorite natty wine influencer, Mas Vino Please, is hosting a tasting at Hi-Lo Liquor Market. Oh, and Perlita’s Oysters will be there!

• Reunion, Venice 🌞 Did you know that you don’t have to be a Neuehouse Venice Beach member to have dinner at their rooftop restaurant? There are barely any good rooftops in Venice, so I will be frequenting this place for the rest of summer.

• Đi Đi, West Hollywood 🍽️ I’ve been hearing great things about this restaurant started by TikToker Tway Da Bae. They’re promising Vietnamese vibes and flavors in WeHo.

• Xuntos, Santa Monica 🍷 This is a Spanish pintxos bar with natural wine. Sign me up.

• Fluffy McCloud’s, Echo Park 🍨 From the people who brought you El Prado comes this new ice cream shop, Fluffy McCloud’s. I spy an affogato!

• Little Joy, Echo Park 🍸  This is the sister biz to the Lonely Oyster. Cute cocktail bar that I must try!
