Mads here! Let’s recap my first time at Stagecoach (yee-haw) 🌵 We were invited by our friends at Carving Block to take content of the food lineup at the festival, and damn. Let’s just say that the bbq was bbq-ing.

Some highlights included the pulled pork sandwich by Chef Aaron May, a slice of pepperoni with honey drizzle from Prince St, dairy-free soft serve from Monty’s, cocktails from Desert 5 Spot, fried dumplings from Fatty Mart, and pulled pork nachos by Black Sugar Rib Co. Full food recap here!
