👋 OH HEY 👋

Mads here! Has everyone been schvitzing this entire week like me?! Stay cool, my friends.

I’ve been having fun creating these Camber-approved neighborhood guides every week. Here’s what we got so far (you’re gonna wanna bookmark these):

Which neighborhood should I do next?! I’m thinking NELA…

Okay, now on to the coolest things to do in LA this week.

📍PLACES TO BE📍

New openings, places you should know about, what I’m adding to my starting lineup, etc.

Top Left: MOOHAN (📷 by MOOHAN), Top Right: Bagel & Slice(📷 by Camber), Bottom Left: Baked (📷 by @bakedsocal), Bottom Right: Sushi Tama (📷 by Camber)

  • MOOHAN, Koreatown 🥩 Your new favorite KBBQ spot has opened! “Moohan” is the Korean word for “without limits,” so you can expect premium all-you-can-eat BBQ. Book your table here!

  • Companion, Venice ☕️ New neighborhood cafe in Venice (looks so cute)! Loved Tanner’s review of it.

  • A.L.C., Beverly Hills 🛍️ Here’s an excuse to visit Beverly Hills this week: A.L.C. opened their West Coast flagship in Beverly Hills this past weekend. Now until 9/14, you can enjoy complimentary refreshments from the Avaline wine cart while you shop!

  • Cellar Hand, San Diego 🍷 If you’re looking for a weekender trip, head down to San Diego and eat at Cellar Hand. From the family behind Pali Wine Co., Cellar Hand provides a hyper-local experience spotlighting local produce and sustainable seafood with an all CA wine list. They take farm-to-table very seriously here. Order the house labneh, chicken liver pate, a glass of Neighborhood Winery’s orange wine, and the house burger.

  • Baked, Santa Monica 🍪 Thanks to Brett’s Bites, this cookie pickup spot is allllll over my feed. New flavors drop on Sundays.

  • Sushi Tama, Beverly Hills 🍣 Finally visited Sushi Tama last week for some omakase. This intimate spot on Robertson is perfect for date night or if you’re simply in the mood for 18 courses of quality sushi.

  • Bagel & Slice, Highland Park 🥯 Did you know Bagel & Slice offers catering? I got some platters of lox, tomatoes, onions, and tubs of scallion cream cheese and this lemon oil drizzle to serve at a party this weekend. Everything was a HIT.

💬 ONE FINAL THING 💬
