Westwood, Tuesday 9/10 📺 Need somewhere to watch the presidential debate? Go to this live screening at the Hammer Museum.
Glendale, Wednesday 9/11 🎥 Start getting into the Halloween spirit! LOOK Dine-In Cinemas is doing weekly screenings of repertory horror movies for only $6 every Wednesday until the end of October.
North Hollywood, Wednesday 9/11 🍷 Haley’s Wines and NoHo Home Alliance are teaming up for “A” night of joy — (discounted!) wine, bites, and chatting about how Measure A will make LA more affordable.

Echo Park, Saturday 9/14 🕺 Wanna dance? Burnin' Chancla is a pop-up hi-fi all-vinyl dance party focused on community, acceptance, and music. Their next one is in Echo Park this Saturday!
Koreatown, Sunday 9/15 🏃♀️ Runners! Join Nuun and Koreatown Run Club on Sunday for a social run that’s all about moving and having a blast. After the run, you’ll refuel with breakfast tacos at Love Hour!

Cellar Hand, San Diego 🍷 If you’re looking for a weekender trip, head down to San Diego and eat at Cellar Hand. From the family behind Pali Wine Co., Cellar Hand provides a hyper-local experience spotlighting local produce and sustainable seafood with an all CA wine list. They take farm-to-table very seriously here. Order the house labneh, chicken liver pate, a glass of Neighborhood Winery’s orange wine, and the house burger.
Baked, Santa Monica 🍪 Thanks to Brett’s Bites, this cookie pickup spot is allllll over my feed. New flavors drop on Sundays.
Sushi Tama, Beverly Hills 🍣 Finally visited Sushi Tama last week for some omakase. This intimate spot on Robertson is perfect for date night or if you’re simply in the mood for 18 courses of quality sushi.
Bagel & Slice, Highland Park 🥯 Did you know Bagel & Slice offers catering? I got some platters of lox, tomatoes, onions, and tubs of scallion cream cheese and this lemon oil drizzle to serve at a party this weekend. Everything was a HIT.
