Also, my girl crush Molly Baz created a chillable red natty wine with The Marigny!! You'll find me guzzling this baby all of Q4. Glou glou π

ποΈ THINGS TO DO ποΈ
𧑠It's Queer Night at Eszett on Monday 10/3, and they're calling it LEszett (too good). There will be a sing-a-long, speed dating, oysters, and live painting. Incredible stuff.
π Have you tried the breakfast at Highly Likely? Well, they recently partnered with Seemore, which is a women-owned meat company, to create a limited-edition breakfast sandwich. Here's a visual if you need more convincing.
π½οΈ What's better than cozying up for an al fresco movie screening? Every Tuesday, Hotel June shows a movie at their Caravan Swim Club. This Tuesday 10/4 is Beetlejuice, and one complimentary margarita is included with your ticket.
π· Photographer and friend of Camber, Hadley Rosenbaum, is having her second solo exhibit PRETTY WEIRD at Junior High. Expect to see work created during her time spent on the island of Hydra, Greece, so you know the photos will be v escapist.
πΉ Another free Ghia moment!! Ghia will buy you one special cocktail at Crudo e Nudo on 10/6 - 10/7. Cin Cin!
π Wanna join a vibey, latin dance party on a rooftop? Sure you do, because it sounds fun af. TUMBAO is celebrating their 1-year anniversary at the Ace Hotel Rooftop on Friday 10/7. You can expect a piece of Miami here in LA.
π It's finally Gilmore Girls fall szn. And what better way to celebrate than a Fall Festival at the Brentwood Country Mart? We're talking pumpkin patch, pie making, and gourd decorating on Friday 10/7.
π½οΈ What does Mother Wolf, Broad Street Oyster Co, and Yangban Society have in common? They'll all be at Family Style Fest on Sunday 10/9, which is a food festival put on by DoorDash.
ποΈ For all my Scandinavian design enthusiasts, there's a new exhibit at LACMA opening on Sunday 10/9 that's all about the design exchanges between the US and the Nordic countries. Pro-tip: L.A. County residents with a valid ID can enter LACMA for free after 3 PM on weekdays.
πPLACES TO BEπ
Bub and Grandma's
Glassell Park
I took a field trip to visit everyone's latest favorite spot in LA: Bub and Grandma's π
First off, the space feels so nostalgic and modern at the same time, mimicking an old-school diner. The butter yellow and royal blue color combo is so comforting and makes you wanna linger around long after you've licked your fingers clean.
Secondly, the bread featured in every dish is pillowy and baked to perfection. Get the turkey trot and brisket sandwiches along with a maple glazed donut to top it all off.
Flowerboy Project
Venice Beach
This coffee shop is a joy trigger for me.
I've been a Flowerboy Project fan since they opened in 2015. They recently expanded the space, so there's a ton of goodies to shop from in addition to the bouquets on bouquets that they offer π
Treat yourself to a visit next time you're in Venice.
Awan
West Hollywood
Want vegan ice cream that doesn't actually taste like vegan ice cream?
Then, Awan is your answer. This Indonesia-inspired, plant-based ice cream window in WeHo offers creamy AF scoops. Awan means "cloud" in Indonesian, which is what the consistency of the ice cream feels like π¦
π¬ ONE FINAL THING π¬
