• ✍️ There's a new Joan Didion exhibit at the Hammer Museum! It follows the evolution of her voice as a writer and pioneer of the “New Journalism.” Grab lunch at Lulu afterwards.

• ✈️ My travel girlies (which is probably all of you), the community We Are Travel Girls is hosting a Travel Girls Night Out on Thursday 10/20. You can meet and connect with other travel-obsessed gals at SHOREbar.

• 🍷 One of my favorite natty wine shops, KAMP, is popping up at Lillie's Wine Garden at the The Culver Hotel. Book a time to sip some wines here.

• ☕ Couplet Coffee is hosting a queer art and poetry night on Friday 10/21. Coffee! Tattoo artists! Comedians! Oh, and a free non-alcoholic bar, so...

• 🕺 It's Midnights release week, and there are many listening parties happening on Friday 10/21. If you dress up like Taylor, you can get into this one for free.

• 🍵 The collab of my dreams: Woon is popping up at Wine & Eggs on Sunday 10/23. You can grab some Chinese baked goods or Woon Milk Tea and take home their frozen dumplings with a bottle of natty wine.

Zinc Cafe & Market

Nancy Meyers has entered the chat...

The new Zinc on Melrose reminds me of Meryl Streep's cafe in It's Complicated. I also love a hot food bar and large patio, so this place is going to be a go-to lunch and meeting spot for me 🥗

Just make sure you confirm with whoever you go with that you're meeting at Zinc and not Zinqué on Melrose, which is like 2 blocks away lol. Speaking from experience.

The Hideaway

Beverly Hills

Fiiiiiinallllyyy, a good spot to get a drink in Beverly Hills.

Right off of Rodeo Drive, The Hideaway is just that: a tucked away spot to grab a good cocktail and some tuna tartare. Also, the decor feels Beverly Hills Hotel adjacent, so ya...I approve 🌴

Facile

West Hollywood

Looking to extract all of that pollution out of your pores?

Well, Facile on Melrose Place is just the spot. Not only is this boutique immaculate, but their facials are top notch. I walked out looking like a glazed donut, guys 🍩
