Mads here! Okay, a lot happened last week, so lemme break it down for you:

• 🎵 I promise this is the last time I’ll mention this, but I went to the Eras Tour, and it was beyond my wildest dreams (YES, PUN INTENDED). Here’s a compilation of me and my bff going absolutely feral. Also, SoFi is GORGEOUS. More content to come with them.

• 🥪 I made a limited-edition sandwich with Tre Mani!! It’s inspired by LA deli culture and too much Curb Your Enthusiasm. On Saturday 8/19, I’ll be competing against 3 other women in Biite’s Women’s World Cup of Sandwiches to see if my sandwich will make it on the Tre Mani menu. I’ll keep you posted!

• 🖼️ I went to the Summer Fridays gallery that they took over to launch their new Rich Cushion Cream. Their activations kill it every time.

• 🥊 On Saturday, we hosted a community class at BoxUnion in Santa Monica. Thanks to everyone who came out to sweat with us!

• 🎥 I did my favorite summer night activity: watched a movie on a rooftop. This time I went to Rooftop Cinema Club at the ROW DTLA to watch Crazy, Stupid, Love. The best.

• Santa Monica, Wednesday 8/16 🎭 Dynasty Typewriter is one of my favorite comedy venues. And they’re having an epic show on Wednesday: Natasha Leggero and Mary Beth Barone!!

• Hollywood, Wednesday 8/16 🎵 Enjoy a free rooftop sound bath on Wednesdays at the Thompson Hollywood Hotel. They’re calling it Wind Down Wednesday. I’m sold.

• West Adams, Wednesday 8/16 🍷 My kind of wine night: Wonderwerk is pouring at Highly Likely on Wednesday. They promise that it will taste like the first time you heard Prince.

• DTLA, Thursday 8/17 🍷 Enjoy these last summer nights with my favorite natty wine influencer, Mas Vino Please, at ilcaffè this Thursday. She’s curated 3 Sicilian wines for this Sicilian Summer event!

• Venice, Friday 8/18 🎭 The Waterfront is having a comedy night on Friday. The perfect way to start the weekend.

• West Hollywood, Fridays through Sundays 🏓 There’s a summer pop-up Pickeball Disco Court at the La Peer Hotel every weekend. DJs, open play, and craft cocktails.

• Frogtown, Saturday 8/19 🐸 Frogtown Flea Crawl is back! This will be THE block party to be at.

• DTLA, Saturday 8/19 💄 Urban Decay is putting on an All Nighter Market on Saturday night at ROW DTLA! You can expect local food vendors, immersive activations, complimentary beauty bars, a live concert, and more. This is where I would be if I were you…

• Echo Park, Saturday 8/19 🧺 This is precious: Coffee with the Gurls is hosting a picnic on Saturday. Bring your own blankets and snacks and meet a new friend!

• Malibu, Saturday 8/19 🐝 Wanna learn about beekeeping? Well then, this workshop is for you.

• Venice, Saturday 8/19 🤝 The Beauty Boost LA is launching, and you’re invited to their launch party on Saturday in Venice at Aesthetically Yours Studio. Our friends at Besa will be there!

• Mid-City, Saturday 8/19 🛍️ MIDCITY MERCADO is back on Saturday! Enjoy local vendors and food by this family operated pop-up.

• Elysian Park, Saturday 8/19 🕺 Gratitude Group is putting on their 2nd installment of Natural High, which is an alcohol-free dance party. Expect breathwork, somatic movement, mocktails, and vegan pizza!

• Venice, Saturday 8/19 🍷 Natty wine + tacos = the perfect Saturday IMO. Vin on Rose is hosting this event at Chulita that you won’t wanna miss.

• Santa Monica, Saturday 8/19 🍔 There’s this rad party happening at Goodboybob Coffee featuring live music, smash burgers, and natty wine.

• Santa Monica, Sunday 8/20 🦞 Esters is having a BIG Louisiana-style boil on their patio with Craw Daddy Boiler and drinks by friend of Camber, Best Coast Beverages.

• Echo Park, Sunday 8/20 🛍️ There’s this cool sidewalk sale & artists exhibit by Sari-Sari Studio happening on Sunday.

• Santa Monica, Sunday 8/20 ☕ Flow Good Coffee is having a 1-year anniversary party on Sunday! There will be music, food, and coffee (duh) at Studio-ism.

• Silver Lake, Sunday 8/20 🍝 Ceci's Gastronomia is celebrating their 2nd birthday with the Sagra di Ferragosto. The perfect mid-Summer Italian party.

• Mona Pasta Bar, DTLA 🍝 It’s been hard for me to recommend dinner spots in the Fashion District…until now. Mona Pasta Bar is worth the schlep (and the decor is cute AF). I’m drooling just thinking about that pappardelle bolognese.

• Aviator Nation Dreamland, Malibu 🎸 Okay, I finally visited Aviator Nation Dreamland for a comedy show, and I’m utterly obsessed. They have a full lunch and dinner menu and are always putting on live music. It feels like you’re in a living room from the 70s.

• Gray Malin, West Hollywood 🖼️ One of my favorite photographers now has a flagship design studio that is available by appointments only. I’ll be visiting in the next couple weeks, so stay tuned!

• Shins Pizza, Cypress Park 🍨 Next door to the oh-so-trendy Barra Santos comes Shins Pizza. I need to swing by soon for some Italian ice and a slice.

• Secret Pizza, Lincoln Heights 🍕 I don’t know why I’m just hearing about this now, but Secret Pizza is next on my New York-style pizzas to try.

• Ggiata, Venice 🥪 The bros behind Ggiata have opened their 3rd location right under the Venice sign. Nothing has made more sense.
